DMCA Policy

"How To Make Apple Juice" respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via "How To Make Apple Juice", please notify our copyright agent as set forth in the DMCA. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information when providing notice of the claimed copyright infringement:

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA notice, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright's interest.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  4. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. When we receive a valid counter-notification, we may send a copy to the complaining party. If the complaining party does not inform us that they have filed a legal action against you within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

To file a DMCA counter-notification, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which "How To Make Apple Juice" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
